Smart DRS participated in Senecké leto 2026 with its automated return system for reusable cups, helping the summer event in the town of Senec to manage cup collection in a more efficient, data-driven, and sustainable way. The system enabled visitors to return their reusable cups easily and cashless, supporting cleaner event operations and reducing the need for manual collection processes.
Over the course of two days, the automated return system processed 4,599 returned cups through 1,845 collections, demonstrating the practical impact of smart technology in circular reuse systems. The successful deployment at Senecké leto 2026 highlights how AI-driven automation can help summer music events improve sustainability while reducing waste from single-use cups and improve visitor experience.
